What happens if I enter an incorrect/incomplete address at the checkout?
If your parcel is undeliverable due to an incomplete or incorrect address, it will be sent back to the warehouse. If you wish to have it re-shipped, there will be a re-shipping fee of $9.95 AUD. If you wish to be refunded, you will be refunded the amount of your purchase minus $9.95 AUD the shipping fee. Bare Bae is not held liable if you enter an incomplete or incorrect address.
I have placed an order however I haven’t received my order confirmation?
Please check your junk / spam folder and ensure you have entered a valid email address. Let me know right away on hey@barebae.com if you believe you have given any incorrect details.
Can I change or cancel my order once I've placed it?
If you want to change your order please email hey@barebae.com with your order details as soon as possible and I will try and help, however our warehouse babes may have already sent it out unfortunately no changes can be made.
Where do I enter my discount code?
At the final stage of checkout, you will see an option to enter the discount code, you enter it there and then click apply.
